Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Our stay offered a cozy atmosphere, but we missed some essentials. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. Pro tip, Check the closet for bedding for the sofa bed before settling in! Overall, a decent spot for families looking for convenience.

The breakfast spread was really tasty, and I loved unwinding by the pool and grilling at the barbecue facilities. The only downside was a bit of mold on some of the bread served, but that didn't dampen my overall experience. Definitely make time to enjoy the lovely common areas! 😊

The Queen Studio with Sofa Bed offered a clean, comfortable space for my stay. Staff were friendly and responsive, enhancing the overall experience. However, the facility is in need of updates, and I encountered issues with noise that detracted from the otherwise pleasant atmosphere. Pricing felt a bit high given the condition of the amenities, but the small kitchen in the room added convenience to my stay.

The hotel provided a pleasant experience overall, with friendly staff and clean rooms. However, some frustrations arose from thin walls and inconsistent breakfast offerings. The location near shopping was a bonus, but the outdated amenities left something to be desired.

Definitely worth it for families
The staff was accommodating when we arrived, they got our entire family in the same building just for us to be together during a difficult time. One of the cleaning staff actually helped us catch some precious family photos that blew away in the parking lot, that kind of kindness is rare and appreciated.
It wasn’t cheap, but honestly, the service made it acceptable.

The Queen Studio with Sofa Bed offers ample space for relaxing after a long day. The layout provides a sense of comfort that's perfect for unwinding before heading out to explore the area.
However, we found some inconveniences during our stay. There wasn’t any bedding for the pull-out sofa, just a flat sheet and a blanket in the closet, which was a hassle. The absence of vending or ice machines made it inconvenient to grab a quick snack or cold drink without paying $4 at the lobby for a soda. Additionally, while there are three floors, we noticed a lack of elevators, which could be a concern for those with heavy luggage. Lastly, breakfast hours from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM restrict flexible dining times, especially for leisure travelers.
